CSS Board Meeting

Date: Friday, January 13, 2012

Registration Forms:

• I will present hard copies to the board, and if all satisfied, I will forward to Faith for posting.

Confirm Agenda: 

• Especially Thursday line-up.

• Please send me your dates of arrival / check-out for the meeting in May, also if your preference is a single room, 1 BD suite, or 2 Bsuites

Sponsorship Ideas and Amount:

• DJ, lunch (Thurs, Fri, Sat)

• Breakfast (Thurs, Fri, Sat)

• Reception (bar, food)

• Tote bags, lanyards

Badges:  We need to get them ordered and made ahead of time.

Menu Selections and Golf Ticket Procedure: Will need to finalize with Dana today also.

Tee Shirts for Sale:

• Approximately $8.00/shirt

• Sell for (?)

• Size break down and colors

Who Currently Has Possession of Our CSS AV Items?  Laptop, printer, LCD, table cloth, and banner

Voting Ballots and Procedure at the Conference

• Accept nominations online.

• Verify their active status as a CSS member, and their acceptance to run for a seat.

• An introduction will be made of the candidates in front of the membership.

• Each candidate will be given a moment to address the members.

• Voting will run concurrent with the Friday meeting.

• Voting anonymity will be protected this time, but one must sign to show they only voted once.

How do we prevent unfair campaigning?
