Sheri:

• RESMED will sponsor workshop. Workshop will be free; lunch is included (lunch   to be “plate lunches”.
  Randy has a list of where vendors have opportunities to sponsor, donate, etc

• CD label sponsor ship? Respironics.

• Door prizes, scavenger hunt, etc. discussed. “Giveaway” approved, awaiting quotes (Tom to provide)  

Thurs night social:
Menu discussed

• Volunteered to take pictures during workshop, breaks and social hour for scrolling slide show in-between speakers. To include vendors in slide show, as well as those who are running for office.

• Will check on prices for the “give aways”.

• Will remain liaison for the new website.

Susan:

• Financial report handed out, no questions asked

• Currently 7 vendors have paid.

• Will bring easel to post jobs on.

• Deadlines to register on-line by PayPal will be the Mon. of the meeting.

 Randy:

• Flyer designed by Randy. Flyer has been approved with minor changes. Randy to send out mailer and e-mail flyer 

Elections:

• Ballots will be posted on the website. Once member has been nominated officer(s) will confirm that he/she is willing to be run for election.

By-laws updated:

• Randy has completed review of By-Laws. He has sent all of the officers a copy of the changes suggested. All are in agreement to review these changes and vote via e-mail. 
  
  

Kim:

• Needs info to send for CEU’s, AAST, AARC along with agenda. Date needs to be in by 30 days prior. April 15th deadline for speaker info. For CEU’s.
